In 2019, Mitchell Stennett's journey into the world of tourism began with a visit to the RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility.

Enchanted by the stories of the Flying Doctor and the Bombing of Darwin, he felt a deep connection to history and interactive displays.

At just 19 years old, and with support from WISE Employment a Disability Employment Services provider, Mitchell eagerly sought ways to be part of this incredible experience.

His determination led to a part-time role as a Customer Service Assistant, and every Wednesday, he proudly serves, engages, and shares the RFDS story with visitors from around the world.

Mitchell's inspiring path shows that a career in tourism can be both rewarding and fulfilling.
