Karina has over 25 years of experience in ICT, currently serving as an Account Director at Kinetic IT. Her passion for technology drives her to foster talent within the Northern Territory and across Australia. As Chair of the ICT Industry Association, she promotes growth and interconnectedness in the sector. Karina also participates in committees like ITSMF, Women’s Innovation Network NT, and the NT Digital Excellence Awards. Additionally, she volunteers to support youth and underrepresented groups in ICT. Her memberships with ACS and AISA solidify her role as an advocate for innovation and excellence in the field.
